ABOUT Burani Raita RECIPE

Burani Raita is a Nawabi delicacy. It is a quick raita recipe. This delicious side dish goes very well with non-veg items such as Biryanis, Pulaos and Kababs.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup thick yoghurt
  2. 2 tbsp milk
  3. Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  4. 1/4 red chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  6. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Fresh coriander, optional

Instructions

  1. Beat the yogurt well, then add milk.
  2. Next, add the juice of 1 tsp crushed garlic or roasted and crushed garlic in a little oil to the curd.
  3. Then add cumin, salt and chilli powder.
  4. Garnish and serve it chilled or immediately with Biryani, Pulao or Kababs.
