Ingredients to make Veg Fish Curry In Spicy Masturd Gravy

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1tsp chilli powder
  • 1tsp turneric powder
  • salt to taste
  • water as required
  • Panchphoran 1tbsp
  • Yellow Masturd 2 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2tsp
  • mango powder 1 1/2tsp
  • Chat masala 1tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 2 tbsp or as required

How to make Veg Fish Curry In Spicy Masturd Gravy

  1. ADD ONE CUP CHICKPEA FLOUR
  2. ADD SALT
  3. RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD WATER
  6. MAKE A SMOOTH BATTER
  7. HEAT A GRIDDLE APPLY LITTLE OIL AND POUR A LADDLE FUL BATTER SPREAD LIKE CHILLA IN LOW MEDIUM FLAME
  8. ROLL IT WHEN UPPER LAYER IS UNCOOKED
  9. TAKE IT OFF
  10. MAKE ANOTHER CHILLA
  11. ROOL IT AND TAKE IT OFF IN A PLATE ..(MAKE ALL CHILLA ROLL IN DIFFERENT SIZES )
  12. FOR GRAVY MASALA _ ADD 2 TABLE SPOON YELLOW MUSTARD SEEDS IN A GRINDER
  13. MAKE A SMOOTH POWDER
  14. ADD 12 GARLIC CLOVE
  15. 1TSP CORRIANDER POWDER
  16. ADD 1/2TSP CUMIN AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  17. ADD ADD MANGO POWDER
  18. ADD CHILLI POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  19. ADD SOME WATER
  20. GRIND INTO A SMOOTH PASTE
  21. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL ,ADD PANCHPHORAN(CUMIN, FENUGREEK,NIGELLA SEEDS ,BLACK MUSTARD) AND GROUNDED MSALA
  22. SAUTE MASALA FOR 5 MINUTES ADD SOME WATER AND SAUTE ONCE AGAIN
  23. CUT ALL CHILLA INTO BIG AND SMALL PIECES
  24. LIKE THIS
  25. ADD SOME WATER AND SAUTE ONCE AGAIN TILL EVAPORATE ALL WATER
  26. ADD SOME SALT
  27. ADD SOME CHAT MASALA
  28. ADD WATER TO MAKE THIN GRAVY
  29. WHEN GRAVY STARTS BOILING ADD CHILLA PIECES
  30. COVER THE KID AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES AT LOW FLAME
  31. VEG FISH CURRY IS READY .KEEP ASIDE FOR SOME TIME TO THICKEN GRAVY AS CHILLA ABSORBS WATER
