About Rice semolina cutlet lolipops Recipe

My mother never waste any thing so she always innovate new dishes.here in this recipe i use leftover rice,vegetables and suji and make crispy cutlets.and little innovative with i serve them as lolipops

Rice semolina cutlet lolipops

Ingredients to make Rice semolina cutlet lolipops

  • 2 cup left over rice
  • 3 tbsp finely chop capsicum
  • 3 tbsp grated carrot
  • 4 tbsp chop onion
  • 1/2 cup grated paneer
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/2 cup sooji
  • 2 Tbsp cornflour
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • coriander leaves
  • oil for shallow frying

How to make Rice semolina cutlet lolipops

  1. Add rice in mixi and grind them
  2. Transfer in bowl and add all vegetables
  3. Then add sooji and cornflour
  4. Add curd and spices
  5. Now mix all of them and take a grease tray
  6. Transfer whole mixture in tray and spread evenly
  7. Keep in freeze for 20 min.
  8. Now cut them in desired shape
  9. Heat a pan add oil
  10. And shallow fry all of them
  11. Insert sticks in all of them
  12. Garnish with coriander leaves
  13. And serve our lolipops
