Doi peanuts chutney

Ingredients to make Doi peanuts chutney

  • 1/2 kg doi
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/2 cup white till
  • 1 /2 cup chillies
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch haldi
  • 1 tsp jera
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp soaked tamarind
  • 1/2 cup curry leaves

How to make Doi peanuts chutney

  1. Heat a cadai put till just shallow Fri it
  2. Then peanuts,keep another cadai pour oil add chili peices,
  3. Keep Fri chili
  4. Take out to mixy jar,then put Doi peices,Fri as gold colour,take to a bowl
  5. Keep mixy jar put fried chili,salt,haldi
  6. Add onion,garlic,fried Doi, peanuts,till
  7. Add all
  8. Add tamarind ,
  9. Grind nice with the help of tamarind soaked water...
  10. Take to a serving bowl add tadaka ... ready to serve Doi peanuts chutney

My Tip:

Tamarind gives good taste to this Chutney
