Ingredients to make Gulkand paan parantha

  • 3 paan
  • 2 tsp gulkand
  • 1 cardmon powder
  • 1 tsp mishri
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 10 rose petals
  • ghee or oil for cook parantha
  • Silver foil and rose petals for garnish
  • Some almond flakes

How to make Gulkand paan parantha

  1. All all ingredients in mixi and make a paste
  2. Take ball from dough and roll it like phulka
  3. Cut small circles with cookie cutter
  4. For six para tha we need 12 rounds
  5. Take 6 pieces and cut in center with a small lid
  6. Take uncut round and place gulkand stuffing upon it
  7. And cover with center cut round
  8. Leave sidings while filling stuffing
  9. Prick with fork and seal them
  10. Now heat tawa and cook these para thaa with ghee or oil
  11. Apply silver foil and cover center open part with almond flakes
  12. Garnish with rose petals

My Tip:

Can prepare before and cook at the time of serving
