About Paper Dosa Recipe

Paper Dosa

Ingredients to make Paper Dosa

  • Dosa rice 2 cup
  • urad dal 1/2 cup
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup

How to make Paper Dosa

  1. Wash and soak rice and urad dal.
  2. After 5-6 hours grind smoothly by adding some water and salt to taste.
  3. Transfer the batter into a vessel, cover and allow it to fermentation.
  4. Next day check the fermentation, mix well.
  5. Heat a tawa, grease oil and pour ladleful of batter.
  6. Spread evenly, cover and cook for 4 minutes in medium flame.
  7. Remove and serve.

My Tip:

You can soak and grind separately urad dal and rice.
