Ingredients to make Elaichi lassi

  • curd 500gm
  • sugar 3-4 tbsp
  • cinnamon powder 1tsp
  • Almonds and curd cubes for garnishing

How to make Elaichi lassi

  1. TAKE 500GM OF CURD
  2. TAKE 3-4 TBSP SUGAR WITH 1TSPN OF CINNAMON POWDER AND SONE CHOPPED ALMONDS
  3. ADD CURD AND CINNAMON POWDER IN A MIXER
  4. ADD SUGAR IN THE MIXER
  5. MIX IT PROPERLY SO THAT FOAM WILL APPEAR OVER THE SURFACE
  6. KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR AND SERVE IT WITH CHOPPED ALMONDS AND CURD CUBE
