MUSHROOM BRIYANI

Ingredients to make MUSHROOM BRIYANI

  • 200gm mushroom sliced washed n dired,
  • 1 tsp cumin,
  • 1 tsp lemon juice,
  • 2 onion's sliced,
  • 2 tsp gg paste,
  • 2 tomatoes washed n finely chopped,
  • salt,
  • haldi,
  • 1 tsp red chilly pd,
  • 1 tsp briyani masala,
  • 1 tsp gram masala,
  • oil,
  • 1 bowl rice soaked fr 20 min,
  • Dry spice's (2 bay leaves, 4 long, 1 star anise, 1 inch Cinnamon stick, 1 badi elachi),
  • 1 bowl curd

How to make MUSHROOM BRIYANI

  1. In mixing bowl add curd, dry masala mashroom, mix nicely and cover it and keep aside for 1/2 hr
  2. In pan add oil & dry masala . let Crackle
  3. Add Cummin when it crackle add onion and saute them
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute
  5. Add tomatoes and let it cook
  6. Now add mushroom and cook it till it is cooked nicely till it leaves oil
  7. Now add rice, lemon juice, water accordingly, cover and cook till water evaporates. rice is done fully
