A home-made mango drink.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 large riped mangoes
  2. 1 large raw mango
  3. 1.2 litre water
  4. 150 gm sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel the mangoes. Dice them and blend them with ice cubes in a blender. Add a little ginger (optional).
  2. Dissolve the sugar in 1 litre water separately.
  3. Mix the sugar syrup in the mango puree. If the mixture is thick, add more water to get the required consistency.
  4. Take it out in a bottle or jar and keep it in the refrigerator to be chilled.
  5. Serve it chilled.
