Ingredients to make Rabdi gulabjamun

  • MTR gulab jamun mix 1 cup
  • 1/3 cup warm milk
  • Chopped dry fruits
  • 1.5 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2l milk
  • dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1tsp
  • Custard powder 1 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Rabdi gulabjamun

  1. First strain the gulab jamun mixture in a bowl n knead a soft dough with the help of milk.keep aside.
  2. Meanwhile another pan put milk to gas in a medium flame .
  3. Let it cook until 2 l milk become 1/3 now add custard powder, cardamom powder,1spoon sugar .
  4. Mix everything well n cook another 10 min .
  5. Now keep aside n let it cool completely.
  6. Meanwhile from the dough take a small portion like ball n roll it in round shape .
  7. Stuff chopped dry fruits n again round it .
  8. Do it same process with whole dough.
  9. Now put sugar n water n cardamom powder n cook it until 1 consistency thread .keep aside
  10. Now take a pan with oil n let it heat for 1 min.
  11. Now add gulab jamun n let it deep fry with Ur desirable colour.
  12. It takes 4-5 min n now take from pan n add in sugar syrup.
  13. Let it soak for 2-3 hrs. now Ur yummy desert is ready.

My Tip:

If u want u knead a dough with water also bt if u knead with milk ur gulabjamun will more soft.
