Ingredients to make Banana chips

  • Raw banana 250 gm
  • salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Banana chips

  1. Wash and peel the bananas.
  2. Make chips with the chips cutter in iced water. Let them sit in the iced water for 5 mins.
  3. Then drain and fry in hot oil, after frying for 5-7 mins they will become crunchy.
  4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper after frying.
