Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chopped vegetables (peas,cauliflower,carrot,beans,peas)...1bowl
  2. Boiled potatoes...2
  3. Chopped Capsicum...1
  4. Chopped onion..1
  5. Garlic_chilli paste...3tspn
  6. Tomato paste...1cup
  7. turmeric powder...1tspn
  8. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  9. Kashmiri red chilli powder...2tspn
  10. Pav bhaji masala...3tspn
  11. Salt
  12. Lemon juice...2tspn
  13. A handful of coriander leaves
  14. Butter dil se:heart_eyes::heart_eyes::heart_eyes:

Instructions

  1. Boil or pressure cook all the vegetables.
  2. Heat butter, add chopped onion & ginger_garlic_green chilli paste.Fry till they turn soft.
  3. Add tomato paste & fry it few more minutes.
  4. Add boiled & mashed vegetables & potatoes.
  5. Add all spices & mix it well.Cook it for few more minutes & then add some hot water.
  6. Cover it & cook it well.
  7. After 10 to 15 minutes open the lid & check salt & gravy.
  8. If it is ok then add garam masala powder & coriander leaves.Its ready now
  9. Fry pav with butter & serve it with bhaji , onion slice, lemon slice & extra butter.
