Iron Rich (Vegan) Dal, that is made with drumstick leaves which are very rich in iron and very good for health.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Drumstick Leaves
  2. tomato
  3. onion
  4. Toor dal
  5. garlic
  6. mustard
  7. cumin (Jeera)
  8. Raw tamarind
  9. Pinch of roasted fenugreek and mustard powder

Instructions

  1. Cook soaked toor dal and drumstick leaves tomato and onion in pressure cooker with little water.
  2. Cook raw Tamarind and separate juice.
  3. Cook cooked dal and tamarind juice together.Adjust salt and add a pinch of roasted fenugreek and mustard powder.
  4. Season with Riped chilli paste, garlic, mustard,jeera and turmeric roasted with sesame seeds oil.
