Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Beef - 1/2 kg
  2. onion - 1
  3. Crushed ginger and garlic - 1 teaspoon each
  4. Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
  5. Coriander Powder - 1 tablespoon
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
  9. Vinegar - 2 teaspoon
  10. Topioca - 1/2 kg
  11. Scrapped coconut - 1 cup
  12. Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
  13. Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
  14. Small onions - 5 to 6
  15. Mustard seed - 1 teaspoon
  16. salt as per taste
  17. Coconut oil as per need
  18. Curry leaves few

Instructions

  1. Cook tapioca with salt till it becomes soft. Mash and keep it aside
  2. Marinate the cleaned beef with onion, ginger garlic, masalas, vinegar and salt.
  3. Cook the marinated beef till it becomes tender.
  4. Add the mashed tapioca to beef andp mix well.
  5. Meanwhile fry the pscraped coconut with chilli powder and coriander powder till it becomes golden brown.
  6. Grind it. Add ground coconut mix to beef and tapioca and mix it well.
  7. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add small onions and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  8. Now add beef tapioca mix and stir for 4-5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with curry leaves and onions.
  10. Yummicilous kappa briyani is ready!!
