Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Boiled chana Dal 1 cup
  3. jaggery 1/2 cup
  4. Dessicated coconut 1 tbsp
  5. Chopped dry fruits 1 tbsp
  6. cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. water for ones dough
  8. oil
  9. Fennel seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add wheat flour n water now knead dough like chapati .
  2. Take a cooker put soaked chana Dal n water n let it cook for 10-15min.
  3. Let it cook completely now add jaggery, dessicated coconut, fennel seeds, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder.
  4. Mix everything well ,now take small portion from dough n stuff with lentils mixture.
  5. Roll like chapati n shallow fry from both sides .
