ABOUT Masala Mughlai Paratha RECIPE

Mughlai paratha is a popular street food in West Bengal. I have made my own innovation a new dish Masala Mughlai Paratha. It's an original recipe created by me.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Self Raising Flour 1 Cup
  2. Wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. Onion 1 ( Chopped )
  5. Green Chilli 1 (Chopped)
  6. Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander Leaves 2 strings (Chopped)
  8. Green Chilli Paste 2 tbsp
  9. Roasted Cumin Powder 1/2 tbsp
  10. Oil
  11. Salt
  12. Water

Instructions

  1. Mix the wheat flour, self raising flour, salt, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, green chilli paste with oil and water. Knead a dough and cover it with a plate.
  2. Beat an egg in a bowl, mix it with onion, green chilli, salt and coriander leaves.
  3. Make the dough balls on the rolling board, put the dough ball and with a rolling pin make a round shape of thick paratha.
  4. Heat a tawa, place the paratha on it and cook from both the sides. Add the egg mixture with the help of a spoon, spread it on one side of the paratha. On a low flame, cook both sides of the paratha.
  5. With the help of a spoon, turn the curves of the egg part of paratha inside. Add oil on it and fry till it becomes crispy and light golden brown in color.
  6. Serve it warm for best taste.
