A very healthy and refreshing drink for summer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Papaya pieces 1 cup
  2. Banana pieces 1/2 cup
  3. Flax seed powder 1 tsp
  4. Walnuts 2 tbsp
  5. Milk 2 cups
  6. Honey as per taste

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients except the walnuts and blend in a mixer.
  2. Once ready, add the walnuts so that it is little coarse.
  3. This tasty smoothie is ready.
