Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw rice 1 cup
  2. Aplate or banana leaf
  3. omam salt( option green chillly paste)
  4. Fried coconut 1 tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Soak rice for 4 hours.
  2. Drain the water.Grind smooth paste.
  3. Add some water.
  4. 1 karanti bater thin as thosa make .
  5. Steam the vadam .
  6. 2 minutes ready.
  7. Add fried coconut & ghee& salt
