Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. urad dhuli dal one small bowl
  2. green chilli 2
  3. heeng pinch
  4. salt accor to taste
  5. raisin 12
  6. pisa bhuna zeera 1tbsp
  7. pisi kali mirch 1tsp
  8. baking soda pinch
  9. curd 1kg
  10. raita boondi nd capsicum for garnishing
  11. oil1/2litre

Instructions

  1. first soak the dal in water overnight or 4to 5hour
  2. thengrind the dal in mixi along with green chilli nd some water to make smooth paste
  3. grind dal many times until pluffy the dal mix
  4. then in dal mix add raisin heeng nd baking soda nd beat for some time
  5. then fry bhalla in a oil in vada shapei
  6. fry on a high flame
  7. fry bhalla keep a side for 15 minutes
  8. then take one pan water add salt in it add bhalla for 15 minutes
  9. then seprate bhalla from water nd dip in the beat curd for some time in the fridge
  10. then bhalla is ready sprinkle with sat black prpper pisa zeera boondi capsicum mithi nd green chutney
