Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gram bitterguard
  2. Salt as per taste
  3. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  4. 1 small size onion chopped
  5. 1 spoon mango pickle masala
  6. 2 big spoon oil

Instructions

  1. Washed the bitterguard and cut them.
  2. Add salt and turmeric and mix well.
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 min heat a pan add oil than put bitterguard .
  5. Fry them in medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
  6. When karela(bitterguard ) is half done than add onion and again roast them for 5 min.
  7. Finally add mango pickle masala and mix well then turn off the gas.
  8. Serve hot with roti or dal rice.
