ABOUT Besan laddoo RECIPE

My mom made this laddoo when i was in hostel. This is my favourite laddoo.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gram gramflour
  2. 200 gram sugar (grinded)
  3. 150 gram ghee
  4. 1/4 spoon cardamom powder
  5. 3 spoon chopped dry fruits.

Instructions

  1. Put gramflour in a big plate add ghee and mix well.
  2. Heat a pan put gramflour mixture and roast them in low flame for 15 minutes.
  3. Keep constantly stirring to avoid lumps.
  4. When it releases an aroma smell and colour is changed, it is ready.
  5. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool.
  6. When the mixture is cool than add powdered sugar, dry fruits and cardamom powder.
  7. Mix thoroughly now form lemon size balls of mixture.
  8. Besan laddoo is ready.
