Ingredients to make Pachpodan Vale Banarasi Alu

  • 7-8 boiled potatoes
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp rai
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 tsp methi
  • 1 tbsp sauf
  • 2 tbsp kasuri methi
  • 1 tsp Lal mirch
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 & a half tbsp pisa dhaniya
  • 1 tbsp amchur
  • 1 tsp haldi
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 2 glass of water
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 pinch heang

How to make Pachpodan Vale Banarasi Alu

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP MUSTARD OIL PUT IN THE KADHAI & ADD 1 TSP SALT
  2. ADD 1 TBSP RAI, 1 TSP JEERA & 1 TSP METHI
  3. 1 TBSP SAUF & SAUTE WELL
  4. 1 PINCH HEANG & 3 MEDIUM SIZE TOMATOES FINALLY CHOPPED
  5. 2 TBSP KASURI METHI & SAUTE WELL
  6. ADD 1& HALF TBSP PISA DHANIYA & 1 TSP HALDI
  7. 1/4 TSP LAL MIRCH & 1 TBSP AMCHUR
  8. 1 TSP GARAM MASALA & SAUTE WELL
  9. TAKE BOILED POTATOES PUT IN THE KADHAI
  10. ADD 1 GLASS OF WATER
  11. ADD 1 & A HALF TSP SALT & MIX WELL
  12. COVER IT & BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES
  13. DISH IS READY, PUT IN THE BOWL & ENJOY
