My mom is my inspiration for my cooking. Since my childhood days I have felt, my mother's passion for cooking. I have inherited that same passion for cooking. I have learnt a lot from my mom. One of my favourite recipes that I have learnt from her is Gosht Masala. When I used to return home , I used to smell the beautiful aroma of the dish from outside. It only made me more eager to get hungry ! My mom prepared it in very simple way with different familiar spices. This dish of meat has a divine taste. Today I have cooked my mother's recipe and would love to share the same with you all.
