Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup overnight soaked n boiled black chana
  2. 4 onions
  3. 4tomatoes
  4. 1tbs gng paste.
  5. Salt
  6. 1/4tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/4tsp red chilli
  8. 1/4tsp turmeric powder.
  9. 1tsp chana masala.

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a cooker.
  2. Put cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopp onions.n cook it
  4. Add gng paste.
  5. Add fresh tomato pury n cook till the masala get brown.
  6. Add salt n all masalas.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Put chana with its water.
  9. Cook till 4 whistle.
  10. Add.coriander leaves
  11. Serve with steam or jeera rice.
