Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Gram flour-1cup
  2. turmeric powder-1 1/2tsp
  3. Chili powder-1tsp
  4. cumin powder-1tsp
  5. coriander powder-1tsp
  6. garam masala powder-1tsp
  7. Salt-As per taste
  8. Red chilli-1
  9. bay leaf-1
  10. Cumin-1 1/2tsp
  11. Oil-2 1/2tbsp
  12. Curd-2 1/2tbsp
  13. Cream-2tsp
  14. Onion-1
  15. ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp
  16. coriander leaves-1-2tbsp


  1. Take gram flour in a bowl and add all ingredients to 1/2tsp like cumin, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, oil, salt and 1tsp curd and mix it very well
  2. Add some water with it to make a dough
  3. Ready a dough like puri's dough
  4. Take pinch a handful of dough and roll it like a cylinder
  5. Next cut into small pieces
  6. Heat a glass of water in a kadai
  7. The gatte pieces should be put in hot water
  8. Take away the pieces when it's boil properly
  9. Now take a kadai and add oil, then add red chilli, cumin and bay leaf
  10. Then add onion paste and saute for 3mins
  11. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute very well
  12. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cook it for 3-4mins
  13. Then add curd and salt and mix it very well and fast
  14. When oil is separate from masala then add fresh cream
  15. Add some water and bring to a boil
  16. Add pieces and mix well and cook until the greavy is thik
  17. Last add coriander leaves and serve it
