Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green matar 1 and 1/2 cup
  2. Ghee 2 tbsps
  3. Hing 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Greated ginger 2 tbsps
  6. Chopped green chilli 1 tbsp
  7. Gram flour 2 tbsps
  8. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  11. Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
  12. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Oil for frying
  15. For making dough:
  16. Maida 2 and 1/2 cup
  17. Oil 2-3 tbsps
  18. Baking soda 1 tsp
  19. Salt to taste
  20. Water 1/2 cup and 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Making dough:Bring a big bowl,add maida,oil,salt,mix well.
  2. Add water slowly and make a soft dough.Cover it and keep this aside.
  3. For filling: Heat ghee in a non-stick pan,add cumin seeds,hing,greated ginger and chopped green chillies,stir it for few seconds.
  4. Add gram flour and stir it.
  5. Add turmeruic powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,dry mango powder and garam masala,mix well.
  6. Finally add green peas and salt to taste,stir it well.
  7. Now off the flame.
  8. Cool this matar mixture complitely and half grind it.
  9. Piur the mixture into a bowl.
  10. Bring the dough and devide the dough into small ball size and roll it.
  11. Fill the matar mixture in the center and fold it as you like.
  12. Heat oil to fry this kachori.
  13. Fry all kachoris and serve hot with tomato ketchup and tamarind chutney.
