  • INGREDIENTS :- soaked black eyed beans - 11/2cup Khattadahi - 1 cup Suji-1/4 cup Ginger, garlic, chill paste - 1tbsp Oil - 1tsp Salt - as per test Akha jeera-1/2tsp Haldi power - pinch Green chill barik kttahuva-1ya2 Water as required Asafeotida-pinch Fruit salt 1tbsp Lalmirch powder - pinch Tdkavala dahi bnane ke liye :-1tsp ghee, pinch- mustered seeds, udaddal - 1tsp, jeera-pinch, Asafeotida-pinch, curry leaves - 5se 6 ptte

How to make Black-eyed bean dhokla

  1. 1)mixer grainger main black eyed beans or dahi dalkr crush kr le
  2. 2)Bowl mai nikale usme suji ginger garlic chii paste, oil, salt,jeera, haldi, dale or mix krle pir cut chilli ke tukde-1tbsp, Thoda water Asafeotida-pinch, fruit salt dalker mix karle
  3. 3)Grice ki hui thali mai dalker 10 minit steam kijiye upar se lalmirch chhidke or hone ke bat thoda thanda kre or katle
  4. 4)Dahi ka tadka lagaye
  5. 5)Serving plate mai dhokla nikal kr tadka vala dahi or chat masala chhidke Green dhniye se garnish kre or sarv kre it's ready
