Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 200 gm green chilli
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 2,3 spoon oil
  4. 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  5. 3 tbsp coriander seeds
  6. 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  7. 1 tbsp dry mango powder


  1. Dry roast cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fennel seeds and grind to make fine powder.
  2. Remove this roasted masala powde from blender jar and keep a side.
  3. Wash green chilli and keep a side.
  4. Then add, chopped onion, garlic, salt, dry mango powder, 2 spoon roasted masala and grind to make a smooth paste.
  5. Now take green chilli cut longitudinal..
  6. Stuff masala paste into chilli by using your hand.
  7. Then heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add all stuffed chillies in to the oil.
  9. Keep stirring to avoid stick.
  10. Cook for 2, 4 minutes on low flame until colour change..
