Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 2-3cup
  2. Fenugreek leaves 2cup
  3. Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder each 1/2tsp
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. ghee

Instructions

  1. WASH THE FENUGREEK LEAVES ( METHI LEAVES) 2-3 TIMES
  2. TAKE 2-3 CUPS OF WHEAT FLOUR
  3. MIX METHI WITH THE WHEAT FLOUR
  4. ADD PINCH OF SALT,1/2TSP TURMERIC POWDER, RED CHILLI POWDER AND CORIANDER POWDER
  5. ADDING WATER SLOWLY KNEAD THE DOUGH
  6. MAKE IT SET FOR 5-10 MIN
  7. MAKE SMALL BALL OUT OF DOUGH
  8. PRESS IT BY HANDS TO MAKE IT IN FLATTENED SHAPE
  9. MAKE IT IN THE SHAPE OF CHAPATI
  10. HEAT A PAN AND PUT THE PARATHA ON IT APPLY GHEE ON ONE SIDE
  11. TURN IT TO THE OTHER SIDE AND AGAIN APPLY GHEE ON THE OTHER SIDE
  12. KEEP ON THE FLAME UNTILL THE PARATHA IS GOLDEN IN COLOUR
  13. ENJOY WITH CHUTNEY
