Ingredients to make Kiwi Halwa

  • Kiwi fruit pulp 2 cup
  • sugar 1/2 cup
  • Milkmaid 1/4 cup
  • ghee 4 tsp
  • cashews few
  • Chopped dry fruits mix 1 tsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp

How to make Kiwi Halwa

  1. CUT KIWI IN TO HALF, TAKE PULP
  2. MASH FINELY
  3. HEAT 2 TSP OF GHEE
  4. FRY FEW CASHEWS
  5. ADD PULP OF KIWI
  6. FRY IN LOW FLAME TILL GOES OFF RAW SMELL
  7. ADD 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  8. SAUTE AND FRY
  9. CARDAMOM POWDER 1 TSP
  10. WHEN IT STARTS THICKENING ADD 1/4 CUP MILKMAID
  11. MIX WELL
  12. ADD 2 TSP OF GHEE
  13. IT IS THICKEN, READY, TURN OFF THE FLAME, AFTER COOL GARNISH WITH CHOPPED DRY FRUITS AND SERVE.
