ABOUT Fusion chicken RECIPE

It often happens that we think to make something new and this is one of them, a spicy chicken curry with the flavours of Indian mixed with herbs.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Marination :
  2. Chicken - 200 gm
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  4. Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Roasted fennel seeds powder - 1 tsp
  6. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Mixed herbs - 1 tsp
  8. Dried chives - 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Red food colour (optional)
  11. Other ingredients :
  12. Onion (chopped) - 2
  13. Tomatoes (chopped) - 2
  14. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under "marination" for 30 minutes
  2. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and saute until golden Brown in colour.
  3. Then add the marinated Chicken, saute for few minutes on high flame.
  4. Then lower the flame and cook for few minutes with lid on. Then add chopped tomatoes and stir.
  5. Cook until the chicken is done, tomatoes are mushy. Then add water for the gravy. Let this boil. Check for seasoning and serve hot.
