Ingredients to make Raw banana bajji

  • 1.5 cup gram flour
  • 3 tablespoons cornflour
  • 1 raw banana (cut into thin slices)
  • salt required
  • water required
  • 1 tablespoons ground pepper
  • A pinch of red food color
  • A pinch of hing
  • A pinch of baking soda

How to make Raw banana bajji

  1. PEEL THE SKIN OF RAW BANANA. THINLY SLICE IT.
  2. IN A BOWL, TAKE 1.5 CUP GRAM FLOUR, 3 TABLESPOONS CORN FLOUR,
  3. A PINCH OF RED FOOD COLOR, A PINCH OF BAKING SODA
  4. SALT, A PINCH OF HING
  5. SET INTO THICK BATTER BY ADDING WATER
  6. ADD A TABLESPOONS OF GROUND PEPPER
  7. DIP THE SLICED RAW BANANA IN BATTER AND FRY IN HOT OIL ON MEDIUM HEAT.. SERVE HOT WITH CHUTNEY
