ABOUT Carrot soya milkshake RECIPE

This healthy carrot soya milkshake taste delicious and is one of the best drink for kids.i try this for my son.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Orange carrots 4 no
  2. Soya milk 2 cups
  3. Cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon
  4. Brown sugar 1 1/2 tablespoon or normal sugar
  5. Chopped dry fruits to taste

Instructions

  1. Bring soya milk to a boil
  2. Wash end peel carrots slice them as thin as possible
  3. When will comes to a boil, lower the flame
  4. Then add sugar,carrots slice and cardamom powder
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes
  6. Then switch off the flame and set aside for till milk to cool down
  7. Then blend till very smooth
  8. Then add chopped dry fruits
  9. Serve carrot soya milkshake chilled
