Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. oats 1 cup
  2. semolina 1/2 cup
  3. butter milk 1 cup
  4. onion 1 big size
  5. tomato 1 pcs
  6. chilly 2-3 pcs
  7. coriander 2 spoons
  8. salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. mix semolina and butter milk in a bowl and keep aside for 5 mins
  2. mean time, grind oats
  3. finely chop onion tomato chilies and coriander
  4. now mix all the ingredients in semolina mixture put little salt and pepper
  5. mixture is ready
  6. ready to make uttapam
  7. serve it with chutney and enjoy ❤️
