ABOUT Paneer Masala Dosa RECIPE

This recipe's inspiration is taken by me from my mother.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Dosa batter-4 cups
  2. Oil-6 tablespoons
  3. Paneer-150 grams
  4. Onions-2
  5. Tomato-2
  6. Capsicum-1
  7. Red chilli powder-1 teaspoon
  8. Garam masala-1 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Tomato sauce-1 tablespoon
  11. pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
  12. Mustard seeds-1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Preparation of Paneer Masala: Heat two tablespoons of oil in a kadai Chop tomato,capsicum,onions and paneer into thin silvers Add mustard into the oil. Let it splutter Add chopped onions and saute it for two minutes.
  2. Add tomatoes and saute it too. Add capsicum and saute it for 2 to 3 minutes. Cover the lid and let it cook for 1 minute Remove the lid Add red chilli powder,garam masala,pepper powder and salt to taste.
  3. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes until the raw smell goes. Add chopped paneer and mix it well Add tomato sauce and mix it well Now the paneer masala is ready to be put on the dosa.
  4. To make the masala dosa: Heat the dosa tawa Pour a ladle full of dosa batter o the tawa Put two spoons of oil on the dosa and let it cook for two minutes When it starts to turn light brown,flip the dosa Apply some oil on the flipped dosa
  5. Again flip the dosa and put it on a low flame Put the paneer stuffing onto one corner of the dosa and roll it Remove the prepared dish from the tawa Serve it with Cocnut chutney or tomato sauce
