Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken pieces 10
  2. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  3. Corn flour 3 tsp
  4. Rice flour 1 tsp
  5. Fennel seeds powder 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 4 tsp
  7. Salt as required
  8. Curd 1 tsp
  9. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. In bowl add chicken pieces,chilli powder,cumin powder,chicken powder, fennel powder,curd,ginger garlic paste,corn flour,rice flour.mix well.
  2. Add salt and Marinate it for 30 min
  3. In pan heat oil fry chicken pieces.squeeze lemon juice.garnish with onion and then serve it hot
