Aam Doi or Mango Yogurt (Baked)

Ingredients to make Aam Doi or Mango Yogurt (Baked)

  • Plain yogurt : 400 gm
  • Condensed milk : 300 ml
  • mango puree : 1 cup ( made from 3 large mangoes)

How to make Aam Doi or Mango Yogurt (Baked)

  1. Puree 3 mangoes in a blender without adding any water till it's smooth. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, take the yogurt, condensed milk and mango puree. Mix it well with a spoon.
  3. Pour in an ovenproof dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius and bake for 30 minutes or till the yogurt is fully set.
  4. Remove and let it cool in a room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4-5 hours or more for it to set fully.
  5. Enjoy it chilled.
