A little twist to a regular Bengali dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. mango 1 big sized, chopped and pureed (sweet)
  2. Hung curd 1 cup
  3. Condensed milk 1 cup
  4. kesar 1 fat pinch
  5. sugar 4 tbsp


  1. Prepare a steel or aluminium vessel by caramelizing sugar to coat the base.
  2. Blend all the other ingredients together and pour it into the vessel.
  3. Steam this on a medium flame for 30 mins or till the top layer is found firm.
  4. Remove and let it cool. Note to unmould only after chilling it.
