    About Palak paneer Recipe

    Palak paneer

    Ingredients to make Palak paneer

    • 2 bunch of spinach
    • 250 gm paneer cubes
    • 1 inch ginger
    • 8 cloves of garlic
    • 1 big size onion finely chopped
    • 5 green chilli
    • Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
    • salt to taste
    • oil
    • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
    • cream for garnishing

    How to make Palak paneer

    1. Blanch the spinach in salted water & make a puree of it along with ginger,garlic & green chilli.
    2. Now heat oil & add cumin seeds & let it splutter.
    3. Then add finely chopped oinion & saute well.
    4. When the onion become pink add the spinach puree in to it. Saute well.
    5. Then add salt & turmeric powder in it & again saute well.
    6. After 5 minutes add the paneer & simmer it for 10 minutes.
    7. When it almost ready add garam masala powder. Stire it & switch off the flame.
    8. Garnish with fresh cream.
