ABOUT Stuffed Paneer Tinda RECIPE

Stuff tinda is a creamy and tangy preparation. Which can give your daily meal a lift, and if you are a paneer fan and got bored of shahi and kadhai paneer. This recipe is for you.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Medium size Tinda round guard 8-10 piece
  2. Finely chopped Onion 2 big
  3. Tomato 4-medium sized -pureed
  4. Green chilli 1- finely chopped
  5. Paneer 100 gms (crumbled)
  6. Milk 1/2 cup
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  8. Garam masala powder -1/2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 tspoon
  10. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Cumin seed 1/2 tspn
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Oil 1/2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Peel all the round guards/tindas . Cut it on the top, Make a hollow cavity with scoop to add stuffing like shown in picture.
  2. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or kadhai. Add cumin seeds, add chopped onions
  3. Add chopped green chillie, saute.
  4. Add red chilli powder, salt , coriander powder , garam masala . Sw off the flame ,
  5. allow this mixture to cool down.
  6. Take half of the mixture in a plate or bowl ,Add crumbled paneer to it ,
  7. Mix it well and stuff this paneer mixture , we prepared in plate in round guards. Cover it with its remaing piece , Likewise prepare all the tindas/roundguards.
  8. and pack all the tindas with toothpick.
  9. Now heat again the same kadhai with rest of the onion mixture , immediately add pureed tomatoes, turmeric powder , little bit of salt (if required), saute. And add remaining scooped tindas to it, saute,
  10. Keep the stuffed tindas in kadhai/pa
  11. Cover the pan with lid.
  12. After 3-4 add half of the milk. Simmer. As the gravy thickens. Add rest of the milk. And allow it to simmer till tindas get fully cooked.
  13. Add coriander and sprinkle sime fresh cream . Wait for a while and sw off the flame
  14. Garnish with grated paneer and coriander leaves .Serve hot with choice of roti or Naan .
