ABOUT Easy Mutton Gilafi Kebabs RECIPE

Its a special colouful kebab and as my daughter hates bell peppers, so I thought to make this kebab.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Minced mutton 200 gms.
  2. Fine chopped bell peppers and capsicum 1/2 cup.
  3. Chopped tomatoes but is optional.
  4. Chopped onion and fresh corriander leaves 1/2 cup.
  5. Ginger, garlic paste 1 tablespoon each.
  6. Chopped green chilli 4 nos.
  7. Grated cheese 1/2 cup ( ant type of cheese, processed or fresh)
  8. Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon.
  9. Red chilli powder and Corriander powder 1 teaspoon each.
  10. Bengal gram powder and rice powder 1 tablespoon each.
  11. White oil for frying.
  12. Ghee is optional.

Instructions

  1. Marinate the minced mutton with all the chopped ingredients.
  2. Keep it for 1 hour and then again give a good mash.
  3. Then add garam Masala powder, red chilli powder to it.
  4. Add lemon juice ( which is optional).
  5. Then put the besan and rice powder to it.
  6. Put 1 tablespoon of ghee/ oil in the mixture and again mix it properly and shape it as per your choice.
  7. Round flat shapes are easy to fry.
  8. Take white oil in a pan and shallow fry it.
  9. Serve with hummus or ketchup or mayo.
