Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Goat Chestbone 1/2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Ginger small
  5. Garlic 3
  6. Pepper 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  9. Clove 1
  10. Cinnamon stick small
  11. Oil as required
  12. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic,ginger, pepper,cloves,cinnamon and set aside
  2. In cooker heat oil add jeera seeds.saute onion.after add tomato,coriander powder,salt,crushed mixture
  3. Cook for 5 min.after add mutton pieces and coriander powder, turmeric powder
  4. Add 4-5 cups of water and close the lid.
  5. Cook for 6 whistles.yummy spicy soup is ready
