Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli rava 3 bowls
  2. Urad Dal 1 Bowl
  3. Green Chutney 1 bowl
  4. Anar
  5. Strawberry
  6. Beat Juice
  7. Green grapes
  8. Kiwi

Instructions

  1. Wash urad dal and idli rava separately. Soak in water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Blend each separately and mix it together. Add salt. Let it sit for 5-6 hours so that it can ferment.
  3. Divide the fermented paste into 3 parts. Mix garlic in one part.
  4. In the 2nd portion add pomegranate juice and mashed strawberries. Mix.
