Ingredients to make Mushroom 65

  • Button mushrooms 200 gms
  • Rice flour 5Tbsp
  • All purpose flour/Maida 4Tbsp
  • Cornflour. 4Tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1Tsp
  • coriander Powder. 1Tsp
  • Garam masala. 1Tsp
  • salt 1 1/2 Tsp
  • water As required for preparing batter
  • oil for deep fryimg

How to make Mushroom 65

  1. WASH 200GM MUSHROOM UNDER TAP WATER.
  2. PLACE WASH MUSHROOMS ON KITCHEN TOWEL.
  3. COMPLETELY PAT DRY THE MUSHROOMS WITH KITCHEN TOWEL.
  4. CUT MUSHROOMS INTO QUARTERS.
  5. IN A BOWL ADD 4TBSP OF MAIDA,4TBSP OF CORNFLOUR AND 5TBSP OF RICE FLOUR.
  6. ADD 1TSP RED CHILI POWDER,1TSP CORIANDER POWDER,1TSP GARAM MASALA,11/2 TSP SALT.MIX WELL
  7. ADD 1-2 TBSP OF WATER AT A TIME TO PREPARE BATTER
  8. BATTER CONSISTENTLY IS NEITHER TOO THICK NOR TOO THIN.
  9. ADD CHOPPED MUSHROOMS, COAT WELL WITH THE BATTER AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES.
  10. HEAT OIL IN A DEEP PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT.
  11. FRY THE MUSHROOMS ON MEDIUM HEAT .
  12. FLIP MUSHROOMS IN BETWEEN FOR EVEN COOKING.
  13. TAKE MUSHROOMS OUT FROM HOT OIL WHEN CRISP AND COMPLETELY DONE.TRANSFER TO KITCHEN NAPKIN.
