Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Cooked rice 1 cup
  2. chicken boneless 1/2 cup
  3. oil as required
  4. salt as required
  5. onion 2
  6. carrot 1
  7. Green beans 8
  8. egg 2
  9. Soya sauce 2 tsp
  10. pepper jeera powder 1 tsp


  1. In pan heat oil add chicken pieces.fry for 20-25 min Set aside.
  2. In another pan heat oil add beaten eggs and cook well and keep it aside
  3. In pan heat oil add onion.saute till golden brown.add carrot,green beans .cook well till vegetables are well cooked.
  4. After add salt,soya sauce.cook for 5 min .after add chicken pieces and eggs.stir well.after 10 min add pepper jeera powder.mix well.
  5. Stir well.Cook for 15-20 min in low flame.
  6. Yummy Chicken Fried rice is ready.
