Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 bowl prawans
  2. 3 to 4 piece cocounts
  3. 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  4. 1 Tsp cumin seed
  5. Coriander leaves
  6. Oil as required
  7. Salt to test
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 Lemon
  10. 4-5 Kokum
  11. 10 To 12 garlic buds
  12. Haf inch ginger
  13. 7 -8 dry red chillies

Instructions

  1. Clean the prawans and wash them in running water
  2. Repeat this cleaning praess 3 time
  3. Marinated with salt , turmeric powder and lemon juice mix well abd keep aside for 15 min
  4. Soak kokum in water for 10 min
  5. Take all the masala(coconut , coriander seed , cumin seed , poppy seed , ginger , gsrlic and red chillies coriabder leaves ) in garinder and make a fine paste
  6. Heat oil in the pan
  7. Add chopped onions
  8. Fry till golden brawn add ground masala
  9. Roast it for 10 min fry till masala starts expelling its oil
  10. Then add marinated prawn saute it on low flams for 5-7 min
  11. Required add hot water and and cover it and let cook for 5 min
  12. After 5 min prawans will tarn into its signature from add soaked kokum and hot water cook for 10 min
  13. Prawans curry is ready
