Paneer fry

Ingredients to make Paneer fry

  • paneer 500 gm
  • maida - 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • oil for deep frying
  • onion 1 chopped finely
  • tomato 1/2 chopped finely
  • salt to taste
  • pepper 1/4 tsp
  • chilli powder 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chat masala - a pinch
  • coriander leaves to garnish

How to make Paneer fry

  1. Mix maida and corn flour and little salt and pepper and apply it over sliced paneer pieces and keep aside for 15 mins.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion till it turns dark , add tomato , spice powders and cook well.
  4. Add fried paneer pieces to it and give a nice stir.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
