Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Blanche of fenugreek
  2. Gram flour 1/2cup
  3. Chopped ginger & chilly
  4. oil
  5. Wheat flour
  6. Tamato Chutney
  7. 3-4 tamato
  8. 2 Garlic clove
  9. Crushed ginger
  10. Onion 1no. Long chopped
  11. curry leaves
  12. Cumin
  13. Jaggery
  14. Coriander

Instructions

  1. Pour oil in a pan add a pinch jeera Then add finely chopped chilly & ginger
  2. Add fine chopped fenugreek and salt.
  3. In another pan add 1spoon oil add gram flour roast it.
  4. Jab methi pak jaye or usme thoda pani reh jaye tab usme bhuna besan daal k chalaye or dhak k rakh de for a minute
  5. Then take a bowl add flour little bit salt & oil mix it. Add water and make a dough
  6. Roll the dough n make a chapati put the filling on the of center. Add fenugreek filling and pinch the edges with fingers
  7. Take flat pan and cook the paratha from both side from oil or ghee.
  8. Chutney
  9. Put a pan on a flame pour oil add garlic, jeera Saute it add ginger, onion & curry leaves fry it.
  10. Put a pinch turmeric add tamato dice chilly & salt. Let it cook for while. when tamato cooked properly add jaggery in it as per taste.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves

Nice recipe dear! But I cannot understand the 4th step, please can you mention that in english?
