Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Salmon 40 gms
  2. Asparagus 10 gms
  3. Sesame Seed 2 gms
  4. Onion 1
  5. Philadelphia cheese 20 gms
  6. Sushi Rice (SF) 1/2 cup
  7. Nori Sheet 1
  8. Pickled Ginger 1 - 2 tsp
  9. Soy Sauce 1 - 2 tsp
  10. Wasabi Powder 1/2 - 1 tsp
  11. For the SUSHI RICE:
  12. Sushi Rice 200 gms
  13. Sushi Vinegar 50 ml
  14. For the Rice Vinegar:
  15. Rice Vinegar 600 ml
  16. Sugar 300 gms
  17. Salt 100 gms
  18. Konbu 10 gms

Instructions

  1. For the sushi rice, mix sushi and vinegar with the cooked sushi rice.
  2. Place the nori sheet length wise towards you and spread the rice evenly, then turn it around.
  3. Place the salmon, philadelphia cheese, asparagus and onion evenly lengthwise.
  4. Roll it and serve with gari and wasabi.
