About Butter milk and Mayo fried Chicken Recipe

Its a simple recipe good for kids who loves boneless chicken. It is soft and succulent.

Butter milk and Mayo fried Chicken

Ingredients to make Butter milk and Mayo fried Chicken

  • Boneless chicken 500gms cut into long flat strips. It is a butterfly cut.
  • Thick butter milk or laban around 1 cup mixed with pepper powder and cumin.
  • Mayonese 5 tablespoon.
  • Dry garlic and ginger powder or ginger garlic paste 1tablespoon each.
  • Ketchup and mayo garnishing and sauce for accompaniments.
  • Bread crumbs and corn flour as required.
  • White oil for frying.

How to make Butter milk and Mayo fried Chicken

  1. Take the butterfly cut boneless chicken and marinate in butter milk mixed wirh sake, pepper and cumin powder.
  2. Keep it aside for 30 mins.
  3. Then take it out from the butter milk marinade add ginger garlic powder or paste to it.
  4. Pat some corn flour on the chicken pieces and then put mayo on it and rub it nicely.
  5. Keep it again for 30 mins in the refrigerator.
  6. Take a pan and put oil for deep frying.
  7. Take out the chicken from the refrigerator and pat some bread crumbs to it.
  8. Slowly then fry them till it's crispy.
  9. Serve it with mayo and ketchup.

My Tip:

The chicken pieces can be marinated overnight too. Or just with 10 mins of marination too it can done.
